Teamwork Physiotherapy Centre International ("we", "us") provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation services at Ministers Village, Martyrs Way, Ntinda, Kampala, Uganda, and in patients' homes. • Details you give us through the booking form, by phone, email or WhatsApp: name, phone number, email address, the service you need and information about your condition
• Health information needed to assess and treat you, recorded in your clinical notes
• Basic, anonymous website usage data (such as pages visited) collected by our analytics tools

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your health information for marketing.

• To respond to enquiries and arrange appointments
• To assess, treat and care for you, and to coordinate care between members of our team
• To keep accurate clinical records as required for safe practice

Sharing your information

We share information only with the clinicians involved in your care, with other health professionals when you agree or when it is necessary for your safety, and where the law requires it. Testimonials and photographs are only published with your written consent.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we keep clinical records only for as long as needed for your care and our legal obligations. We aim to handle personal data in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

Your rights
