The spine is the foundation of the body. It gives stability and movement, protects the spinal cord and supports everything you do: how you sit, walk, lift, breathe and move through life. When it breaks down, everything else follows.
Spine problems are among the leading causes of pain, disability and lost work worldwide, from desk workers with neck pain to athletes with lumbar injuries. Too many people suffer in silence, seek care too late or accept pain as part of life. It does not have to be. Our multidisciplinary team provides internationally aligned rehabilitation for the full range of spinal conditions.

Spine Rehabilitation: frequently asked questions
Can physiotherapy treat a slipped disc without surgery?
Most slipped discs improve without surgery. Physiotherapy, including McKenzie therapy, nerve mobilisation and core training, helps settle pain and prevent recurrence. We refer to our spine surgeon if there are signs that surgery is needed.
When is back pain an emergency?
Seek urgent medical care if back pain comes with loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the groin, new weakness in the legs, fever, or follows a serious fall or accident.
Should I rest when my back hurts?
Short rest can help in the first day or two, but staying gently active usually speeds recovery. We will show you which movements are safe.
Do you treat neck pain from computer and phone use?
Yes. We combine manual therapy, specific neck and upper back exercises and practical ergonomic advice for your workstation and phone habits.
